How To Buy

1. Click the button. Do this for each item you want to purchase.
2. Go to Checkout to change the quantity number if you want more than one.
3. To pay for your order or to view the contents of your shopping cart, click the Checkout link.
4. Your shopping cart contents will be displayed and you will be asked for your delivery details. Please check your shopping cart and fill in the details.
5. Check your delivery details are correct and click the continue button.
6. Click the Purchase button. You should receive an confirmation email which contains your order and our bank account details.
7. Deposit the payment directly into the our bank account through your internet banking, phone banking or at your local branch.
   (Please include the order number in your deposit details.)
8. Once we have received your payment, you should receive your order within three working days.

Service, Delivery & Returns

Delivery Details

• We delivery anywhere in New Zealand.
• Delivery normally takes one to 3 working days after the payment is cleared.
• We will email you a confirmation when your product leaves the shop.
• The cost of delivery is $5.50 no matter where you live in New Zealand, or how many items you buy.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return the goods then you have three months from the date you received the goods to return them to us for a replacement or a refund in full.
